Porterraa provides digital printing services including but not limited to custom posters, framed prints, apparel printing, and related products. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Porterraa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
